JaVale McGee ends the Clippers streak in Style

In 17mins last night, JaVale McGee had 11pts & 7rbs. Not really a game worth writing home to Pamela about… Or was it? McGee’s Denver Nuggets ended the Clippers 17-0 win streak in style with a 92-78 spanking of the team with the best record in the NBA.

McGee was the human highlight reel all game, setting the tempo early by finishing this alley-oop from Andre Miller:

But party time in the Mile High City really began in the 2nd half, when McGee pulled off his first career 3pt field goal with this buzzer beater at the end of the 3rd quarter:

What JaVale should now refer to as “the shot” & his obscure “stirring the pot” celebration has now gone viral.

It’s become a celebration that could rival Patty Mills’ 3 goggles in the 3pt Celebration Power Rankings.

“I just want to show everyone that I have the best 3pt celebration in the league.” said McGee.

He went onto speak in length about the play post-game:
